Homestead closed beta

A self-hosted “everything app” for two: chronological social walls, calendar, storage, and an agent socket where users plug in their own AI harness. Bring-your-own-key, ships zero AI, exposes an MCP server and a third-party app contract. Open source under AGPL-3.0.

Chatterbox-TTS-amd MIT

Public fork of Chatterbox TTS running ROCm on Windows for RX 6000-series (gfx103x) cards. As far as we can find, the only documented working path for that hardware. Runs a daily production TTS pipeline at ~1.3× realtime.

Custom broadcast appliances productized service

Retro cable-channel builds on a Raspberry Pi: full broadcast-day scheduling, era-correct commercials and idents, CRT output, phone-based program director, seasonal programming packages, disaster-recovery image. Delivered as an appliance with a runbook — the buyer sets it on a shelf, plugs in coax, and gets a channel.

Agent org in production credibility

PHATT Tech’s own development runs on a multi-agent organization with a written Definition of Done: nothing closes without a screenshot, transcript, or SHA. CI smoke gates catch broken deploys before they merge. Human review on every release. This page, the TTS pipeline, the warehouse sync — all of it shipped through the same gates.

Podcast generation pipeline automation

End-to-end autonomous podcast production: research agents pull sources, a fact-check pass cites everything, a script is drafted and rewritten against a tone rubric, multi-voice TTS renders the audio, the master is encoded with ID3 tags and cover art, and the result ships to a feed. Retries with backoff on every step. No human in the loop until publish.
